Xiaomi is heading towards the launch of its next flagship smartphones in China soon. The company is also likely to unveil the upcoming Xiaomi 13 and rumours suggest that it may come as Xiaomi 14. The smartphone is tipped to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
According to a post on Chinese social media platform Weibo, Xiaomi 14 is expected to debut with the latest MIUI 14 out-of-the-box based on Android 13. The leaked images hint at the camera specifications of the phone which is said to feature a Leica-tuned camera setup. Xiaomi 14 is expected to come with model number 2211133C.
The smartphone is said to feature a 6.2-inch full HD+ AMOLED display. The phone is rumoured to offer 120Hz refresh rate and is likely to house punch-hole cutouts at the centre.
Xiaomi 14 is expected to sport a 50MP triple rear camera setup with an LED flash. The smartphone is said to pack a 4500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
Xiaomi’s subsidiary brand–Redmi– is also gearing up for the launch of its next K series smartphone– Redmi K60. The upcoming smartphone will expand the company’s flagship K-series.
Ahead of the launch, rumours about the phone claim to reveal the camera details have surfaced online. According to a report by Digital Chat Station, one of the smartphones from the K60 series is said to house a 64 MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) technology. While the other model is rumoured to feature a 54 MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) technology.
Other speculation about the phone says that it will feature a flat punch-hole cutout display on the front. The device is also rumoured to be backed by a 5000mAh battery with 1000W fast charging support.
